Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic dealership team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing our latest vehicle inventory, and closing high-end sales with confidence. Your enthusiasm for automobiles, combined with your strong communication skills and sales expertise, will help build lasting relationships with clients and elevate our dealership's reputation. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities. Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and specifications to potential buyers, tailoring presentations to meet their needs. Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership goals. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize sales revenue. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory levels, vehicle features, and market trends to provide accurate information to clients. Collaborate with sales support staff and management to develop marketing strategies that attract B2B (business-to-business) clients and retail customers alike. Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are a plus; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively using CRM software or similar tools. Exceptional organizational skills for inventory management, record keeping, and follow-up scheduling. Outgoing personality with public speaking abilities to confidently present vehicles at events or dealership promotions. Knowledge of automotive inventory control, retail math, and upselling techniques. Ability to perform outbound sales calls professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
