Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and have a passion for automobiles, with the ability to connect with customers and understand their needs. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals effectively. Duties Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and build a robust client base. Negotiate sales terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for both the dealership and customers. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless experience. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Provide high-level customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up post-sale. Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer's purchase experience. Conduct cold calling efforts to reach potential clients and expand market presence. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract new customers. Maintain an organized inventory control system to ensure availability of vehicles for sale. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile industry or high-end retail sales. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Proficient in managing a sales pipeline effectively using CRM software. Experience in sales management or leading teams is advantageous. Excellent public speaking skills for presentations and customer interactions. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and control. Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for accurate pricing and calculations. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with professional phone etiquette.
