Automotive Service Advisor

Are you organized, motivated, and great with people? We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our experienced team at a well-established shop that's proudly served our community for over 35 years. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced, customer-focused work with a reliable, supportive team.

What You'll Do:

Greet customers and schedule appointments. Create detailed work orders for technicians. Build accurate estimates and communicate clearly with customers. Order parts efficiently. Answer and manage phone calls professionally. Adjust workflow to maximize technician productivity and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication & phone skills. Basic computer knowledge & typing skills. Dependable, organized, and team-oriented. Sales or customer service experience. Automotive knowledge is a plus - but not required. We will train the right person! Why Join Us? -
