Automotive Service Advisor

AutoWorks Car Care is growing, and we're looking for a professional Service Advisor who can lead the front counter with confidence, energy, and integrity. This is NOT a dead-end dealership grind or a chaotic repair shop with no systems. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet customers and build relationships Listen to concerns and translate them into repair orders Communicate with technicians throughout the day Review digital vehicle inspections and send to customers Present recommendations clearly and confidently Source/order parts for timely repairs Keep customers updated and informed Help maintain workflow, scheduling, and efficiency Create an experience customers rave about

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive service advisor experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and dependable Comfortable discussing repairs and maintenance Positive attitude and team mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with shop management software is a plus
