Car Detailer

A Fabulous Freddy's Detailer will clean and detail vehicles according to company standards and client expectations. This includes but is not limited to hand washing, waxing, scrubbing, and shampooing vehicles both inside and outside. General car wash knowledge as well as knowledge of the tools and chemicals utilized during the cleaning/detailing process is required. To be successful in this job, you must be detail-oriented, accountable, and committed to providing a fabulous customer service experience for every customer and their vehicle. Job Responsibilities Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests Properly handle and operate air-line hoses, vacuums, waxing pads, and any/all detail equipment Use provided cleaning, protective, or restorative agents to enhance the appearance of customer's vehicles Offer detail services across the entire property including gas islands, convenience store, and customer waiting areas. Moving/parking/delivering vehicles to correct locations; pick-up customers if needed Managing inventory and reordering supplies Responding to client inquiries/requests and accurately quoting services Job Requirements Valid state driver's license with a good driving record Successful completion of all training programs Prior detailing experience preferred Attention to detail Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods. Willingness to comply with all company policies Uphold our standards for service quality Availability to work weekends and holidays
