Job Description:

Builds strong relationships with customers and team members Prepares repair orders and ensures timely, accurate service updates Provides honest and accurate cost and time estimates Recommends additional services with integrity and transparency Follows up to ensure high customer satisfaction Maintains strong CSI scores and meets performance benchmarks Strives for continuous improvement within a competitive pay structure Qualifications Minimum of one year Service Advisor experience within the automobile industry. Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read and speak English (a second language may be helpful, but not required). Demonstrated desire to learn and grow
