Job Description

The service department at Fikes Chevrolet is currently looking for a service writer/advisor. Greet customers with a smile and assist them with their service needs. Complete a vehicle walk around and document all of the customer's concern. Advise customer of any recommended maintenance. Keep customers informed of completion times and charges. Dispatching work to service technicians Computer knowledge is required Make appointment using computerized scheduling. Keep work area clean.
