Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented product specialist/sales consultant to join our team. The product specialist will be responsible for a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and after the sale. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales with a background in customer experience and product knowledge. The candidate will be highly driven and goal oriented. The candidate will need to motivated to achieve a high level of success with opportunity for growth. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team. At Woods and Water Powersports we want to make you part of our family. You will receive factory oem training along with our in house sales training to develop a process for success. NO experience required but preferred.
Duties:
  • Maintain professional appearance
  • Manage relationships with customers to develop sales and referrals
  • Maintain inventory
  • Complete and maintain all factory product knowledge training
  • Perform data entry tasks related to sales and crm management
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure availability accessories and units for delivery to customers
  • Assist technicians, parts, detail for a timely delivery of sold units
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies
  • Maintain regular scheduled follow up through crm, reporting to sales manager and general manager
  • Maintain top CSI
  • Deliver and show customers how units work and are maintained
  • Use our proven sales step process
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in parts sourcing, procurement, or dealership environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of product knowledge,
  • Familiarity with crm and other customer tracking systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Clean driving record
