This is a sales-driven role where you'll handle customer interactions, build trust, explain vehicle issues clearly, and close service jobs with confidence. We are a hard working fast paced team that is looking for someone that is honest, positive, dedicated, ambitious, has great customer service and is ready to be part of a fantastic team. This is a commission based role with uncapped earning potential. Job Responsibilities and Duties Schedule service appointments. Manage shop workflow while maintaining quality standards, maintain a balanced/efficient workflow using the company's systems such as the shop management software, internal best practices and dispatching work in order to achieve the best possible results. Handle all customer service complaints, negative online feedback, and other customer service issues. Prevent customer service issues whenever possible by monitoring/ensuring that all the verbal and written commitments/contracts made by staff are being honored. Escalating to a manager when necessary. Create accurate and comprehensive work orders. Prepare complete and accurate estimates. Sell repairs and service to clients using company guidelines and best practices. Maintain a thorough understanding of facility services and promotions to effectively inform customers. Follow up with customers regarding service completion and ensure their satisfaction with the work performed. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and quality assurance. Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day. Experience 3 years service advisor and/or sale experience required Automotive knowledge and familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are necessary Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
