is a locally owned auto repair shop in Shoreline that's growing fast and building something special. We're not a big corporate chain — we're a small, tight-knit team that takes pride in doing honest work, treating people well, and creating a place where employees actually want to come to work. We're looking for a Service Advisor who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a positive, professional shop. What You'll Be Doing You'll be the main person our customers talk to when they come in or call.

Your day will include:

Greeting customers and checking in vehicles Listening to concerns and creating work orders Calling or texting customers with updates Explaining recommended repairs Getting approvals Ordering parts for approved work Scheduling pickups and drop-offs Keeping the front office organized Using our modern shop software You don't need to be a mechanic — you just need to be good with people, organized, and willing to learn.
