ABOUT US

My husband Brian and I started Yes Automotive nearly 7 years ago as a used car dealership. Today, we operate both a Sales Center and a dedicated Full Service Repair Center at Maplewood Plaza near Stellhorn & Maplecrest. We have grown quickly because we genuinely care about our employees and customers. We are not a giant corporation, but rather a family-run business with strong systems, strong leadership, and a strong culture. We currently have an experienced Service Manager/Advisor and another Service Advisor, but our growth has created the need for another strong team member.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers and guide them through the repair process Build estimates and service recommendations Communicate with technicians and customers throughout repairs Recommend maintenance and needed repairs ethically and confidently Keep repair orders organized and accurate Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of Service Advisor/Service Writer experience

Experience with automotive estimating and sales
