The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive services, great communication skills, and a passion for helping customers. Responsibilities Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns Answer and make follow-up calls Schedule appointments using TekMetric Provide clear service recommendations and repair explanations Prepare accurate estimates and work orders Communicate with technicians to ensure timely repairs Update customers on repair status and notify them when work is complete Process customer payments Order parts as needed Manage warranty paperwork Maintain accurate records and respond to CRM/emails Provide an excellent customer experience every time Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required) Valid driver's license Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment High integrity and professional work ethic Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills About Prestige Auto Tech We are a growing automotive repair company known for quality work, exceptional customer service, and a positive team environment.
