Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

Duties Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Prepare detailed auto estimates and repair orders using industry leading management software, clearly explaining services and costs to customers Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, or mechanical repairs by highlighting benefits and value to customers Coordinate with service technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain precise records of all service activities Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business through excellent customer service Skills Skilled in auto estimating software and proficient in automotive repair procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Demonstrated ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity and customer trust Experience in auto sales or automobile sales is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and record keeping Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism Embark on a career where your automotive expertise fuels success! $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
