Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a clinical professional (Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, or similar) to join our team as a Compression & Mastectomy Fitter . This role focuses on direct patient care, fittings, and education for specialized medical garments and post-surgical products. No prior fitting experience is required— we will train and certify the right candidate . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move beyond traditional clinical roles into a more independent, patient-focused position with growth potential. Responsibilities Perform patient fittings for compression garments and mastectomy products Provide education and support to patients on product use and care Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and referral sources Accurately document patient interactions and product selection Assist with insurance verification and coverage guidelines Manage patient follow-ups and maintain strong relationships Maintain organization of fitting areas and product inventory Qualifications Clinical experience preferred ( Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, or similar ) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and comfortable learning insurance processes Professional, compassionate approach to patient care Basic computer skills required Preferred (Not Required) Experience in women's health, oncology, physical therapy, or DME Experience with insurance verification or medical documentation What We Offer Paid training and certification Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Growth opportunities within a growing healthcare company Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to work in a specialized, patient-impact role
