We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with service needs, recommending maintenance and repairs, communicating with technicians, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly in a friendly, professional manner Schedule service appointments and collect customer/vehicle information Accurately document vehicle concerns on repair orders Test drive vehicles with customers when necessary Review service history and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs Clearly explain services, repair needs, and pricing to customers Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts Coordinate repair work and dispatch to qualified technicians Monitor repair progress and provide updates to customers Obtain proper authorization for any additional repairs Process warranty claims per manufacturer guidelines Review completed repair orders for accuracy and proper billing Deliver vehicles and explain repairs and future recommendations to customers Maintain a professional appearance and clean work area Maintain high customer satisfaction standards Inspect vehicles during check-in for existing damage Qualifications Prior automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Intermediate computer skills High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Arizona Driver's License Must pass background and drug screening Spanish fluency is a plus (not required) Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Occasional sitting, kneeling, and crouching Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed Salary & Benefits Hourly wage ($16
