Job Description We are seeking a motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role supports a wide range of vehicle repairs and maintenance in a fast-paced dealership environment. We are open to technicians at different stages of their career. We provide the tools, the training, and the volume needed for you to succeed. For experienced professionals, we offer top-tier diagnostic equipment and high-hour opportunities. For those early in their career, we offer a path toward becoming a master technician through ongoing factory development.

Job Type Full-time Pay:

$20.00 - $60.00 per hour / flat rate (Based on skill level and certs).

Bonus:

Additional bonus opportunities available based on performance. Compensation and responsibilities will be aligned with your specific experience level.

Work Requirements Driver's License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience:

Automotive repair experience or formal training is preferred.

Tools:

Ability to use shop tools and equipment safely. Ability to commute to Cleveland, TX. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities Repair Excellence:

Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs to dealership and manufacturer standards.

Diagnostic Focus:

Identify mechanical and electrical issues based on your current experience level.

Efficiency:

Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Clear Communication:

Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide accurate repair status updates for our guests.

Safety:

Follow all dealership processes and safety standards to maintain a professional work environment.

Documentation:

Provide detailed notes on all inspections and repairs performed.

Qualifications Experienced Candidates:

Strong diagnostic ability and the capability to complete repairs independently.

Entry-Level Candidates:
