$4,000 SIGN-ON BONUS ($2,000 at 3 months | $2,000 at 6 months) Do you love turning wrenches, solving problems, and making vehicles run like new? We're looking for a skilled Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a great team. If you're someone who enjoys diagnosing tricky issues, working with the latest tools, and keeping customers safely on the road, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and make accurate repairs Work with the parts department to get the right parts quickly Inspect vehicles for additional safety or maintenance needs Communicate with service advisors about recommended repairs or timing changes Document all work performed and recommendations on repair orders Road test vehicles when necessary to ensure quality repairs Stay up to date with manufacturer training, bulletins, and new technology Maintain a clean and organized work area Treat every customer vehicle with care and professionalism Requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years automotive technician experience Pennsylvania Inspection & Emissions License required Own tools ASE certification is a plus (but not required) Team player with a positive attitude Comfortable using computers and shop software Valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle, and background check Schedule Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Some evenings and occasional Saturdays may be required.
