Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance services Inspect and replace filters, belts, batteries, and wiper blades as needed Conduct multi-point inspections on customer and pre-owned vehicles Inspect used vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and safety concerns Diagnose vehicle issues using scan tools and recommend necessary repairs Perform repairs on brakes, suspension, engine components, and other systems as needed Complete module updates and reprogramming when required Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure proper operation Accurately document inspections, repairs, and maintenance performed Communicate repair needs and timelines with service advisors, managers, and sales staff Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following dealership and OSHA standards
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous automotive technician experience preferred Dealership or repair shop experience is a plus Experience with vehicle diagnostics preferred Ford experience or factory training is helpful but not required Missouri State Vehicle Inspector license (or ability to obtain after hire) preferred ASE certifications are a plus Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must have basic tools Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn Must pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening
