This position helps keep the shop moving by supporting technicians, service advisors, and customers throughout the day. The right person will be reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities Keep the shop, parking areas, and workspaces clean and organized Move customer vehicles safely in and out of service bays and parking areas Assist with shop flow, vehicle staging, and daily operations Help technicians with basic tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, tire pressure checks, and fluid checks Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and customer vehicles as needed Maintain shop supplies, equipment, and general cleanliness Support the service team with errands and general shop duties Follow all safety procedures and treat customer vehicles with care Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred Dependable, punctual, and professional Strong attention to detail Good work ethic and positive attitude Able to stay active and work on your feet throughout the day Previous automotive shop, porter, parts driver, or general service experience is helpful but not required Why Join Vineyard Bay Automotive?
