Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on diagnostics and customer service. This role requires a thorough understanding of various automotive systems, including electrical systems, powertrain components, advanced drivability diagnostics and suspension systems. A good attitude and work ethic is a must. To be trainable, even as an expert, is imperative, as our processes may differ from common practice to increase customer satisfaction. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Repair and replace automotive electrical systems, ensuring proper functionality. Align vehicles to manufacturer specifications to enhance performance and safety. Work with all American and Asian vehicles, utilizing specialized knowledge for optimal service. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle. Provide exceptional customer service by taking necessary steps to keep vehicles clean and undamaged. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques to ensure high-quality service. Skills Proficiency in auto estimating and understanding repair costs. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostics. Experience with vehicle maintenance practices and procedures. Familiarity with powertrain components and their functions. Understanding of ADAS technologies and their integration into modern vehicles. Excellent communication skills to foster positive client relationships. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
