Job Description

Due to growth, we are hiring 4-5 experienced Automotive Technicians All candidates must have a valid Wisconsin Driver License with a clean driving record and your own tools. We are looking for Automotive Technicians of the following levels:
  • A Level Master Technician
  • B Level Technician
  • C Level Technician Job Responsibilities Ideal candidates should have experience as light or heavy duty Flat Rate Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Diesel Technician.
Automotive Technician able to perform accurate diagnostics on all specialty areas of vehicles including Powertrain, HVAC, Electrical, Steering/Suspension, Brakes/ABS, Hybrid, and Accessories. Perform quality repairs returning vehicles to customers in better condition than they came in. Automotive Technician can efficiently perform regular maintenance services and recommend necessary repairs found upon inspection. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts and Management throughout the day on progress of vehicles. Automotive Technician can properly fill out concern causes and resolution and documentation of necessary information for warranty claims. Diagnose vehicle problems and accurately document findings Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, etc.) Conduct more advanced repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, and electrical systems. Use factory diagnostic tools and service information (Ford IDS, FDRS, etc.) Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure all repairs and services meet manufacturer standards and safety regulations. Qualifications Automotive Technician experience with Ford and Lincoln experience is preferred but not required. Attained Master Level Certification is a bonus! Automotive Technical Training or ASE certification preferred.
