Automotive Technician

Duties:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension or steering system failures.
• Conduct brake inspections and repairs to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assemble and install automotive components, such as engines, transmissions, and exhaust systems.
• Repair and replace automotive equipment, such as shocks, struts, and brakes.
• Complete vehicle maintenance records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs or maintenance recommendations.

Work on all makes and models, domestic, foreign, diesel, and RV repairs.

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and repair instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose complex vehicle problems.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
