We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of our clinic, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently handling administrative tasks. This role is crucial in providing excellent patient service and supporting the overall operations of the medical office. Duties Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate appointment scheduling. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information about services and assisting with patient needs. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information security.
