Automotive Technician $70,000 - $100,000

Smith VW is seeking an automotive technician with previous dealership experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of basic automotive components, diagnoses and repairs. Certification is a plus and VW experience is a great benefit! We are a fast paced, high energy shop, with technicians who turn 45-70 hours a week, strong service writers and a solid customer base. In addition to hourly pay, we have a performance bonus for technicians who turn 50 and 60 hours a week. We currently have an opening for a technician with at least 3 years experience who has the ability to work flat rate and wants the potential to earn $70,000

• $100,000 or more a year.

Our shop is air conditioned during the summer months and was just renovated. We have a hunter alignment rack, tire machine and road force balancer. • Oil Changes
• Brake Jobs
• Mount and Balance Tires
• Alignments
• Diagnostic Work
• Multi Point Inspections With The Ability To Recommend Needed Work Hours M-F 8am
• 5pm Rotating Saturdays 1 or 2 a month
