Job Description
We are the highest volume Ford dealer in the North Country and pride our selves on great customer service. Due to our Service expansion and high customer demand we are seeking EXPERIENCED and entry level technicians to join our team. Here at Caskinette Ford, PAY
IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
Many of our experienced Technicians are on Flat Rate. We also have other great opportunities such as a 401K, Health insurance, Vacation time, Sundays off and much more to offer. The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and possibly NYS Inspection License, ASE & factory certified. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done. Competitive Pay and great earning potential for self motivated individual Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
