Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician - A, where your expertise will drive excellence in vehicle repair and maintenance. In this energetic role, you will perform a wide range of diagnostic, repair, and service tasks on various vehicle systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our customers. Our shop is air conditioned 2 weeks vacation to start major holidays paid off We supply and cover the cost of uniforms We will pay to have your toolbox moved to our shop Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately across electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems. Perform repairs and maintenance on powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, and vehicle electrical systems with precision and efficiency. Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) data to troubleshoot complex problems effectively. Execute vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension work to ensure safety and reliability. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications. Interpret automotive schematics and wiring diagrams to facilitate precise repairs on automotive electrical systems. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Assist with auto estimating processes for repairs and maintenance work to ensure accurate job costing and parts ordering. Qualifications Proven service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Knowledge of ADAS technology, schematics reading, and automotive electrical systems is highly desirable. Hands-on experience ; familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus. Mechanical aptitude combined with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software. Strong understanding of powertrain components, transmissions, vehicle maintenance procedures, and alignment techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Valid mechanic certification or equivalent experience demonstrating a solid foundation in automotive repair practices. Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
