Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately across various vehicle systems. Conduct repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, steering, and other mechanical components. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete tasks safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay current with industry advancements by participating in ongoing training related to automotive electrical systems, powertrains, transmissions, and Shop-specific protocols. Experience Proven experience or service technician experience Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive repair processes including engines, transmissions, and powertrain components. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and schematics for troubleshooting complex issues. Hands-on experience with wheel alignment procedures and vehicle maintenance routines. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive service tools. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
