WHO THIS POSITION IS FOR

This is a great fit for a technician who already has professional shop experience and wants to continue growing. You do NOT need to be a master technician, but if you are, even better.

You SHOULD:

have real automotive shop experience be comfortable performing maintenance and general repair work independently have basic diagnostic ability be willing to continue learning be dependable and show up ready to work be open to feedback and continued improvement care about professionalism, organization, and teamwork If your experience is limited to entry-level maintenance work only, this position likely will not be the right fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose and repair Asian and domestic vehicles Perform maintenance, brake, steering, suspension, and general repair work Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) with proper photos and documentation Work with modern diagnostic equipment and repair information systems Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Continue developing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of professional automotive repair experience Experience with maintenance and general repair Basic diagnostic and electrical knowledge preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well within a team environment Valid driver's license in good standing Preferred but not required: ASE Certifications State Inspection License
