Overview We are seeking dynamic Autonomous Systems Instructors to support the Special Warfare Center and School (SWCS) at Fort Bragg, NC. This pivotal role involves curriculum design activities, incorporating institutional strategies and training US Special Operations Forces (USSOF). The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, leverage agile methodologies, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to meet mission-critical objectives.
Qualifications:
FAA Remote Pilot Certificate (FAA Part 107) Basic Unmanned Aircraft Systems Qualification (BUQ) I & II Understanding of UAS mission sets (i.e. intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), search and-rescue, agriculture, or military missions) Experience using, maintaining, troubleshooting, and updating UAS hardware and software
Security Clearance:
TOP SECRET
(SCI Eligible) Duties The Contractor shall train US Special Operations Forces (USSOF) and interagency personnel in the knowledge and skills specific to Multi Domain Operations.
This includes:
1. Additive Manufacturing 2. Computer Aided Design (CAD) 3. Foreign Unmanned Systems 4. Small Unmanned Systems (sUxS) Construction 5. Small Unmanned Systems (sUxS) Exploitation 6. Small Unmanned Systems (sUxS) Employment 7. Small Unmanned Systems (sUxS) Electronics 8. Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) sUxS jailbreaking and hardening 9. Counter Unmanned Systems (C-UxS) 10. Mapping 11. Radio frequency survey 12. Tactical Awareness Kit (TAK) integration 13. Signature Reduction 14. Joint Effects Integration 15. Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting. Participate in curriculum design activities that are accurate, relevant, realistic, and synchronized with force requirements that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Incorporate institutional strategies to ensure required graduate skill levels, knowledge, and abilities transfer from the institutional environment to the operational environment. Update, and rewrite lesson products as required by changes in doctrine and curriculum development. All recommendations shall be provided to the Government in pursuit of, and prior to, changes to curriculum. Follow all guidelines which include but are not limited to Department of the Army, Training and Doctrine Command, and United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School regulations on curriculum development, training guidance, lesson plan development, and presentation techniques for SATB courses. Your expertise will drive innovation, foster teamwork, and ensure mission success in a fast-paced environment demanding precision and leadership at every turn.
