Overview We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to support the Special Warfare Training Group at Fort Bragg, NC. This pivotal role involves overseeing large-scale program development, managing diverse teams, and ensuring the successful execution of specialized training initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, leverage agile methodologies, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to meet mission-critical objectives.
Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Thorough understanding of all technical disciplines Experience evaluating and managing the creation of training programs and procuring training aids
Security Clearance:
TOP SECRET
(SCI Eligible) Duties Overall management, personnel, planning, quality control, direction, coordination, and deliverable submissions to ensure effective contract performance. Establish management procedures to support the mission and all tasks listed in this PWS. The Contractor shall attend coordination and synchronization of activities meetings as required. Organize and implement program methodologies, and ensure inputs are coordinated from functional and technical personnel. Supervise and execute program management operational functions, including all meetings, reviews, and status reports. Manage personnel
IAW SATB
Cyber, SIGINT/EW, and Autonomous Systems training, exercises, and event schedules. Maintain 100% continuity of instructor performance and maintain required instructor to student ratios during personnel changes. Ensure that no Contractor vacancy is left open for more than 10 workdays. Attend coordination and synchronization meetings. Ensure that all travel is executed on schedule and in full compliance with DoW Joint Travel Regulation (JTR). Coordinate TDY travel for employees ensuring Government Travel Authorization documents are accurate and approved by the COR. Perform human resources duties including ensuring all employees meet contract requirements, complete all mandatory training in accordance with (IAW) the contract, and meet all occupational requirements. Skills Extensive experience in program management methodologies such as PMBOK, SAFe, Waterfall, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma. Proven supervisory experience with team management and conflict resolution capabilities. Expertise in requirements analysis, process mapping, business process modeling, and requirements management tools like Confluence and SharePoint. Strong data analysis skills for data collection, vendor management, and IT project management using SAS or similar tools. Exceptional organizational skills with proficiency in project scheduling software including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet. Excellent presentation skills for facilitating meetings and communicating complex concepts clearly. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to time management principles; familiar with earned value management techniques. Skilled in negotiation, contract oversight, risk mitigation strategies, and technical writing for documentation purposes.
