AV Technician

Audio Visual Technician - Video Conferencing Specialist Summary We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual (AV) Technician with hands-on expertise in installing, configuring, and supporting video conferencing solutions . This role requires proven experience with platforms and hardware such as Neat, Logitech, and Crestron , as well as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. Our technicians are provided with company vehicles, laptops, and the necessary tools to perform their work effectively. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshooting video conferencing systems : Neat, Logitech, & Crestron hardware Microsoft Teams Rooms & Zoom Rooms integrations Work with audio, video, and control systems , including projectors, sound systems, digital signage, and Crestron solutions. Follow industry-standard cabling practices to ensure clean and reliable installations. Collaborate effectively with IT teams, AV technicians, and cabling teams to deliver seamless projects. Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, both onsite and remotely. Requirements Proven experience installing and supporting video conferencing systems (Neat, Logitech, Crestron). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms integrations. Familiarity with general AV systems : projectors, speakers, microphones, digital signage, and control systems. Ability to read and follow technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with occasional flexibility for projects) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle, laptop, and tools provided Benefits package offered (details to be discussed during interview)
