Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greet guests with a tropical, high-energy attitude, answer menu questions, and ensure every customer leaves happy.

Product Prep:

Master the art of shaving snow, blending smoothies, and assembling acai bowls following exact recipe standards.

Store Operations:

Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, process cash, and maintain a pristine lobby and prep area.

Inventory & Restocking:

Pull ice, cut fresh fruit, prep syrups, and restock supplies throughout your shift.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure fast and accurate service during peak rushes.

Qualifications & Skills Positive Attitude:
