Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aviation Mechanic FAA A&P to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and inspecting aircraft to ensure they meet all safety and operational standards. Your expertise will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our fleet, supporting our commitment to excellence in aviation services. This position offers an exciting opportunity for mechanics with a passion for aviation. Responsibilities Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, repairs on aircraft airframes, engines, and related systems in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical or electrical failures to identify underlying problems and implement corrective actions. Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, ohmmeters, ammeters, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure components meet specifications. Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required. Proven experience in aircraft maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with avionics systems is highly desirable. Experience working with manufacturing processes including fabrication techniques like sheet metal work. Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, ohmmeters, ammeters, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Skilled in the use of power tools, hand tools, soldering equipment, calipers, micrometers, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic instruments. Capable of heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during maintenance tasks.
