Leading MDs:
Leading MD's operates full-service medical and behavioral health clinics along with providing care to twenty skilled nursing facilities in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our Providers have decades of clinical experience, and we cover internal medicine, psychiatric and many other medical specialties. We provide inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing, and telemedicine services. Our multi-disciplinary team is patient centric and dedicated to improving the long-term health and well-being of every patient we serve.
Position :
We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Coordinator . The primary role of this position will be health plan credentialing. The secondary role is credentialing our providers with the multitude of skilled nursing facilities and other post-acute care facilities we serve. This involves requesting, verifying, and organizing provider credentials such as medical license, DEA certificate, medical malpractice insurance, etc.
Requirements:
Other key position responsibilities : Assist with successful onboarding and continual verification of healthcare professionals' credentials at each location. Service as a customer focused liaison with each Post-Acute Care Facility credentialing department. Maintain all necessary databases. Ensure a streamlined credentialing process. Establish a positive and collaborative relationship with incoming providers as they credential and onboard. Monitor pending applications to ensure timely processing. Maintaining
PECOS, PTAN, CAQH
up to date for providers. Job Requirements and skills : Experience with insurance company credentialing processes. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Attention to detail and critical thinking. Strong written, verbal, in-person, and telephonic communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office software PECOS experience CAQH experience
