Job Description

BulletProof AC is a fast-growing HVAC equipment distributor serving contractors across Florida. We provide high-efficiency inverter systems with strong local inventory, competitive pricing, and next-day delivery. We are building a high-performance, execution-driven sales organization focused on speed, accountability, and long-term dealer relationships. This is not a traditional distributor environment. We operate with aggressive growth targets and expect measurable output from every role. Position Overview We are hiring a high-energy, on-the-road HVAC Sales Representative to expand our dealer base across Florida's west coast. This position requires hustle, consistency, and strong industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop trust with contractors and shop owners by identifying contractor pain points and positioning BulletProof AC as a reliable supply solution to build long-term professional solutions Conduct a minimum of 10 HVAC contractor visits daily to introduce the BulletProof AC brand and product offerings Educate new and existing contractors on pricing and availability to open new dealer accounts and expand existing accounts Compile competitor pricing and promotions information, identify territory gaps and growth opportunities, and provide feedback on demand trends to create meaningful market intelligence reporting Utilize the CRM to log visits and track prospects through all stages, maintaining a highly organized pipeline and detailed CRM log Submit weekly activity and performance report with high data integrity Build a high-touch point initial contact and continued communication cadence to drive 10+ first-time orders within 90 days
Qualifications:
HVAC industry experience (distribution, supply house, contractor, or manufacturer rep) Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems Sales or relationship-building experience and comfortable with in-person cold visits Self-motivated and disciplined Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Comfortable using CRM software
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience at HVAC distributor (Johnstone, Baker, Ferguson, etc.) Existing contractor relationships Florida HVAC market knowledge Experience opening new accounts
