Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep and Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of culinary techniques. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence. Your expertise in meal preparation and food handling will contribute to the overall dining experience of our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages. Participate in training new kitchen staff as needed. Skills Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills Strong understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
