Back of House Team Member

SnoCap Drive In is a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant built on teamwork, consistency, and quality. Our kitchen team works hard to keep service moving quickly while maintaining great food and a clean, organized environment. We're looking for dependable BOH team members who can stay focused under pressure, work well with others, and take pride in what they do. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to SnoCap standards Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during busy rushes Prep ingredients and stock stations throughout shifts Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitized Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH team members Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and closing duties Restock inventory and supplies as needed Work efficiently as part of a team in a high-volume environment Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Valid OR Food Handlers Card Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Weekend and evening availability preferred Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required Benefits & Perks Shared tip pool Medical and dental benefits after 90 days for full-time employees Free shift meal and ice cream Flexible scheduling If you enjoy staying busy and working with a strong team in a fast-paced kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.
