Back Office Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential support in a clinical setting, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include , maintaining patient records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Take and record vital signs accurately. Administer medications as directed by the physician or nursing staff. Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies. Document patient information in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Provide support for outpatient services Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient flow within the clinic or hospital. Uphold safety protocols and infection control measures at all times. Skills The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Experience in medical office assisting is preferred. Proficiency in taking vital signs and understanding their significance in patient care. Knowledge of medication administration practices. Strong commitment to patient care and empathy towards patients' needs.
