Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support application development and enhancements Contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and code quality Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and production support as needed Work in an evolving environment with shifting priorities and business needs Qualifications 2-5+ years of backend Java development experience Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles Experience building and supporting APIs or backend services Familiarity with Agile development practices Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, in-person environment Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills Work Environment Fully on-site, Monday-Friday Small, team-oriented environment with high visibility and impact Agile, less structured organization requiring adaptability and initiative
