Bake Support with Potential

Maui Bread Company is a Fusion Gourmet Bread Shop in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii in the Dolphin Plaza, located across from Kamaole Beach Park I. We are growing with more commercial customers and in our retail location. You would love to go deeper into baking at a company that has won 2 awards: "Tripadvisor Traveler's Choice Award 2022" and Yelp's "Top 100 Places to Eat in the US 2023". We are looking for a part time bake support with potential, full-time at later stage possible. You have (some) experience in baking and are eager and willing to learn more. We give you room for further development. You are not afraid to work in a team. We help each other to improve. You are looking for an environment with fair play. Responsibilities:

o Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough and recipes o Shape dough to prepare different bread types, pastries, cookies and treats o Help bake products and adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking o Help prepare and produce custom-made products based on commercial customers' orders o Clean kitchen equipment and tools after use
