Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes. Decorate cakes and desserts with attention to detail, ensuring visual appeal. Package finished products for sale, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping, mixing, and cooking. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to comply with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Follow all food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all products. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in baking, cake decorating, or pastry production is preferred. Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations. Strong culinary skills, including knife skills and cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Previous experience in the food industry or catering environment is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
