We are looking for passionate and skilled Bakers and experienced Kitchen Cooks to join our vibrant culinary team! As a key member of our kitchen, you will craft beautiful baked goods and ensure every dish meets our high standards for quality and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of baked goods Assist in food production and food preparation for daily service Package baked items and prepared foods efficiently while maintaining quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in accordance with food safety regulations Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times Support kitchen operations by managing ingredient inventory, restocking supplies, and assisting with cooking tasks as needed Provide excellent customer service by engaging positively with guests and addressing their culinary needs Requirements Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or culinary roles within the food industry; restaurant or catering experience is highly valued Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling safety protocols Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Prior experience in food production, cooking, or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates willing to learn Join us if you're eager to bring your culinary talents to life in a dynamic setting where creativity meets excellence!
