Baker - Morning Shifts, Done By Noon

Love to bake? At Mustard Seed, you'd be done by noon most days — and you'd spend those mornings doing work you actually enjoy. We're a family-run breakfast and lunch sandwich shop in Buhler, and we're looking for a baker to join our team 4-5 days a week. The Schedule Tuesday through Friday with some Saturdays. Shifts start around 8AM and typically wrap up by noon. What You'll Do Collaborate with management to plan the day's baked goods — breads, pastries, desserts, and other items Execute the plan, crafting items that meet our standards for taste, texture, and presentation Handle dough prep, restock supplies, and keep the kitchen clean and organized throughout your shift

What We're Looking For Reliability:
