We pride ourselves on quality, creativity, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bakery and Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking and pastry preparation, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules. Assist in the creation and decoration of specialty items and seasonal offerings. Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent product quality. Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with inventory management and ingredient prep. Collaborate with the pastry team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes. Package and label baked goods for display and sale. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen preferred. Korean and English Fluency preferred. Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and food safety standards. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
