Bakery Assistant

Baker Assistant (25-35 Hours Per Week)

Flexible Schedule Pay:

$14-$17/hour, based on experience and production speed We're looking for an experienced Baker Assistant to join our bakery team and help keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position supports our bakers with daily production, including preparing large batches of icings, cheesecake fillings, doughs, batters, and other bakery items. The ideal candidate has previous bakery or commercial kitchen experience, works quickly and accurately, follows recipes consistently, and can stay focused and organized in a busy production setting.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing large-batch bakery items according to recipes Making icings, fillings, doughs, batters, and other production items Assisting the bakery team with daily prep and production needs Keeping work areas clean, organized, and efficient Following food safety and sanitation standards Working quickly while maintaining consistency and quality

Requirements:

Previous bakery experience required Ability to follow recipes and production instructions Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting ingredients as needed This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on bakery production, takes pride in consistency, and can help keep a busy kitchen moving.
