• Part-time, Full-time Dessert Buffet Prep and Bakery Production Assistant We are hiring a reliable Dessert Buffet Prep and Bakery Production Assistant to assist with daily dessert prep, production, and assembly for our famous dessert buffet.

This is a hands-on role in a structured, high-volume bakery environment that requires reliability, consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work at a steady production pace. Opportunity to learn and grow within the bakery for the right person.

• MAY OCCASIONALLY BE REQUIRED TO SET UP AND WORK FRONT OF HOUSE DESSERT BUFFET STATION

• Responsibilities
• Dessert prep and bakery production tasks may include preparing eclairs, dipping strawberries and other items in chocolate, filling cream puffs, filling tarts, dessert shooters, icing loaf cakes and sheet cakes, mixing , scaling, and other bakery support duties as needed.
• Follow recipes and instructions as given
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Willing to learn and take feedback
