Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Production Associate to assist in the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of products, including cookies, pastries, and cakes. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Positions available for day, evening, night, and/or weekends. Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
