• Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card Job Description A recycling and manufacturing facility in Cherryville is seeking a dependable Baler Operator to support daily production operations involving recycled yarn materials.

This role is responsible for operating baling equipment, preparing materials for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and following all safety procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate baling equipment to compress and prepare recycled yarn materials for shipment
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
• Monitor product quality and ensure materials meet production specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support daily production goals

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work on feet for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills
