Bank Teller

We are seeking a dependable and professional Bank Teller for a well-established financial institution specializing in mortgage and construction loans. The ideal candidate is a team player with initiative who is eager to learn all aspects of banking operations, with opportunities to grow into specialist roles. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service while handling daily banking transactions Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately Maintain and balance a cash drawer Assist customers with account inquiries and basic banking services Learn and utilize multiple banking software systems Support loan processing activities as cross-training progresses Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Collaborate with team members to support daily branch operations Requirements Previous banking experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to multiple responsibilities Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude Willingness to be cross-trained in other departments Comfortable working in a traditional, long-term team environment Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Benefits Weekly pay Healthcare coverages available Upon hire: longevity bonuses and monthly pay structure
