About the role:

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Banquet Assistant Manager who will support and elevate our Banquets team in delivering exceptional, personalized event experiences. This role partners closely with Banquet leadership to coordinate, organize, and oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and consistently high service standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, fosters collaboration, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences while upholding the Four Seasons commitment to luxury, care, and attention to detail.

What you will do:

Lead, coach, and support Banquet team members and supervisors to ensure service aligns with the hotel's cultural and service standards Oversee daily banquet operations, including planning, execution, and ensuring a seamless guest experience Coordinate event details with Catering and Conference Services teams and ensure all banquet functions are executed accurately and on time Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests, handling requests or concerns, and fostering positive relationships Manage labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, and inventory oversight, while maintaining facility and equipment standards What you bring: College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required. One to two years previous experience in as an assistant manager position Banquets or Food & Beverage outlet. Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting. The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States What we offer:
